May 4, 2020

Good morning everyone,

The JCBD will be sending email news like this to keep you updated on Japantown and how the COVID-19 pandemic is effecting our small businesses. Keeping Japantown connected is important so that our community continues to support one another and stays strong during these difficult times.

JCBD Staff and Greg Viloria continue to check in with essential businesses that are open. These daily check-ins not only enable us to see how they are doing, if they had any success in receiving funding, but also gives us an opportunity to answer questions they may have.

JCBD Operations Manager, Brandon Quan has also started Japantown BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Reports. This information is shared to Japantown small businesses, nonprofit organizations and SFPD so that they are alerted on any criminal activity in Japantown.

Please do stay safe! #japantownstrong
